Is PR education fit for the future?
2020 has presented us with a new set of challenges, and in many cases, has increased the visibility of the communications profession and its importance to organisations, government and society.
So, what are the skills we need to equip our PR graduates with to navigate the future of the profession? Are we preparing them adequately to take on the strategic and operational challenges communicators need? And are we attracting a diverse enough body of students who can truly represent all aspects of a global society?
Back in March, Chris Tucker who leads our CIPR Crisis Communication and PR Diplomas talked to the CIPR Education and Skills group about crisis communication in the context of COVID -19.
